At Ceramic Workshop, we're committed to helping you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once payment is successful and your order is confirmed, we'll ship it immediately. This means we can only "catch" your order for a very short time before it's actually picked, packed, and prepared for shipping.

We're sorry you didn't love your new product! We want you to have a pleasant experience using it, which is why we're here to help. Simply send an email to easthandcom@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your package, providing your order number, product name, and reason why product didn't work out for you.

You should receive your refund within 4 weeks of handing your package over to return carrier. This time period includes:
• The time it takes for us to receive your return from carrier (5-10 business days)
• The time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days)
• The time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days)
At Ceramic Workshop, packages being lost is very rare. A full refund is always available if buyer purchased shipping insurance at checkout.
If a package is not delivered within 60 days, it is considered lost. In this case, you must contact us within 30 days, and we can reship or refund your order.
In some cases, your destination country may impose VAT, other taxes, duties, and/or customs fees. These additional charges are not included and are responsibility of recipient.
As customs and tax policies vary greatly from country to country, fees may differ. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office.
• For customers who refuse package upon arrival due to unpaid duties, we will not refund shipping cost
• Customs clearance procedures may be required, which may cause delays
